Turkish Ambassador to Turkmenistan Togan Oral, who will soon complete his diplomatic mission, expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for its hospitality at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of the Turkish Republic in Ashgabat. This was reported in a press release from the Turkish Embassy. “I would like to express my sincere gratitude, first of all, to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as all Turkmen officials and the brotherly Turkmen people for the support they provided in the work of our embassy for the benefit of further development and strengthening of relations between our countries”, - Oral said. The Ambassador of Türkiye added that his participation in the successful official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Ankara during the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic was a very significant gift presented to him on the eve of the end of his term of office. The head of the diplomatic mission expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Turkmen friends who brightened up his stay in Ashgabat and made it an unforgettable place for him, his wife Dunya and son Jan, who was born in the Turkmen capital. “It is a source of great happiness for me to fulfill my first diplomatic duty in fraternal Turkmenistan, which is the Motherland of our ancestors for us”, - said the Turkish Ambassador.
