President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of his birthday, the press service of the Tajik leader reports. Today Emomali Rahmon turned 71 years old. “Under your wise and far-sighted leadership, the Republic of Tajikistan has achieved great success and is steadily strengthening its authority in the international arena,” the head of Turkmenistan emphasized in his message. Regarding bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that fruitful cooperation and close interaction between the two countries in a wide range of areas demonstrate the high level of bilateral relations. “Our recent meetings in Dushanbe gave a powerful impetus to strengthening the bonds of friendship between our fraternal peoples and deepening cooperation between the two countries in various fields. We remain committed to further cooperation and support proposals and initiatives to expand interaction between Turkmenistan and Tajikistan,” said Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The head of state wished Emomali Rahmon good health, family well-being and happiness, and peace, progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Tajikistan.
