A FIFA seminar for futsal referees, organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan, is taking place in Ashgabat. The seminar will be held from September 12 to 16 and will be dedicated to improving the qualifications of judges, their physical training and improving the quality of refereeing. The seminar is conducted by FIFA instructor Badrul Hisham Bin Kalam (Malaysia), as well as AFK instructor Vadim Baratov (Turkmenistan). During the seminar, referees will receive information about the latest changes in the rules of the futsal game and their interpretation, and will also practice refereeing skills in practical classes. In addition, the judges will pass FIFA physical training standards.
